Assumptions We Make

Assumption:
That previous eras of civilization were not as advanced as we are today.

 Fact:
Evidence exists that shows Egypt and Mesopotamia had amazing knowledge of advanced mathematics, advanced knowledge of spherical trigonometry, astronomy, and the earth (including the sidereal solar year of 365.25636 days for the earth to complete one revolution around the sun; this knowledge was somehow lost and had to be rediscovered.

Assumption:
That the Holy Bible is a Jewish book, about Jews and their God, for Jews only. Ref; Religions of the world Vol 2 Readers Digest.

Fact:
The Holy bible was written for the entire human race, to show us the plan of God. The Jews are from just ONE tribe (Judah) of the descendents of Israel. The Hebrew race were descendents of Eber. The sacrifice of Christ (shown as the sacrificial lamb to Adam and Eve) was an indication of the entire human race being again given the opportunity to obtain immortality.

Assumption:
That there was just one tree in the Garden of Eden, the fruit of which had something to do with sex.

Fact:
The bible uses “tree” as a synonym for an action, and “fruit” as a result or outcome. The ‘tree’ which God forbade Adam and Eve to even touch (Gen.3:3) was the ‘tree of knowledge of good and evil’. Humanity was told that if they chose to decide for themselves what is ‘good’ or what is ‘evil’ they would be rebelling against God.  It is God’s prerogative to decide good and evil, not ours. 

Original Sin is ‘rebellion’ against God by deciding for ourselves what is good or evil.

Assumption:
That the Emperor Constantine was a champion of the true teachings of Christ, because in 312 AD he made “christianity”the established religion of the Roman Empire.

Fact:
Constantine was in fact a pagan who recognized that the ‘new’ religion of ‘christianity’ had not been stamped out by years of persecution but was in fact becoming more popular. As a good politician Constantine recognized that by appearing to recognize ‘christianity’ as the ‘state religion’ he could change it to suit his own ideals. The ideologies of paganism were modified and renamed ‘christian’.  Constantine’s version of ‘christianity’ was established as the official religion of Rome, setting it down as the supreme authority above God and persecuting to death those who did not accept the doctrine set out by the state,thereby Constantine established paganism as the counterfeit religion in opposition to true Christianity.   Matt. 24:4,5.Mark 13: 5,6.Luke 21: 8  Rev. 6: 2. 

Assumption:   Mankind has an immortal soul, that good or bad we will live as spirit beings after death, either as good ‘angels’ or in eternal torment for being ‘bad’.  That since Christ’s death anyone who ‘accepts Christ’s sacrifice’ is automatically given forgiveness of sins, regardless of their lifestyle, obedience or disobediance to God’s laws or on their deathbed after a life of rejection of God.  Forgiveness, acceptance into God’s Kingdom and immortality is assured.

Fact:  Mankind does not have an immortal soul. When humans die, whether in obedience to God or defiance against God, all dead humans go into the ground and turn back to dust. Until JESUS CHRIST RETURNS.

When God created humanity He gave us the opportunity to become immortal.  In the midst of the garden of Eden were 2 trees.  The ‘tree of life’ which means following God’s laws and ending up as immortal ‘sons of God’.   The tree of knowing good and evil, which means deciding for yourself what is right or wrong (as Satan did) and ending up dead forever. Adam and Eve (like Satan before them) wanted to follow their own ideas as to what was right or wrong.  What we have in the world now “ wars, disease, poverty and wretchedness reflects exactly what Satan is like himself, this chaos comes from Satan ‘the Deceiver of this world’. The humans who choose to follow the way of rebellion against God, can at the end of their physical lives look forward to NOTHING; they will die and turn back to dust. (only the ‘immortals’ Satan and his demons have an eternity in outer darkness in their future). Humanity is not created immortal, the immortality promised by God comes as a gift for those who give up their own choices and follow God’s laws.

Assumption:
Quote: “Christ was a practising Jew, steeped in the Hebrew Bible and Jewish piety, a magnetic personality, a searching moralist who during His life gathered a large popular following but did nothing to avoid the clash with the Jewish and Roman authorities that led to His crucifixion, for he accepted His rejection by men as the will of God.” Ref; the foundations of Christianity, Readers Digest Religions of the World Vol 2,

Fact:
Christ was a practising Jew (He was of the tribe of Judah), He was steeped in knowledge of the Word of God. He did not come to earth to avoid dying “ on the contrary, Christ’s purpose for living was to die as a sacrifice for humanity. (God’s Holy days Passover and Atonement were to be kept as a “reminder of what is to come”  both these Holy Days which God tells us to continue to observe and teach our children about, reflect the death of Christ at His first visit to earth).  From the time of Adam and Eve’s fateful decision to deny God and decide good or evil for themselves in the Garden of Eden, Christ knew that His blood was required to be shed in order to save humanity from the penalty of sin (which is death for eternity, instead of immortal life which was promised to us if we obey God).  [in Genesis God is displeased with Cain for sacrificing vegetables rather than a lamb, because this sacrifice was to depict the death of God’s son thousands of years in the future] Christ did not clash with Roman authorities - Jewish church leaders called for the arrest of Christ and since Jerusalem was under Roman occupation at the time of Christ, He had to go before the Roman Tribunal. 

Assumption:
That the ‘Trinity’ is biblical in origin.  That God is in 3 parts, the father, son and holy ghost.

Fact:  The ‘trinity’ is ‘pagan’ in origin. The true Christian Bible clearly teaches that there is ONE Creator, Who is God Almighty, the second One of the God Family, is Jesus Christ called the ‘Logos’ or  ‘word’, it was Christ who "spoke and it was created"’ by the ‘spirit’ (which is the power and Force coming forth from GOD.  Gen 1:2,26.  John 1:1-10,11-14. 

Assumption:   That God’s plan is to “force” humanity to follow Him by bringing curses and hardship on mankind in the form of floods, famine etc.

Fact:   God’s plan is that humanity has complete “freedom of choice” for 6000 years (6 days).  If we choose to follow God’s laws the results of obedience to God would be blessings of health, wealth, happiness, and at the end of our life the opportunity of becoming immortal ‘Sons of God’.  [Tree, means way of life. Fruit, means result. Immortal, means live forever as spirit beings. Knowledge of good and evil,  means decide for yourself what is right or wrong]

However, if we choose (as Satan did) to follow our own inclination (we decide what is right or wrong) then the result of that choice takes us away from God’s laws and God’s protection.  Satan the devil, hates humanity and wants to destroy us all, both physically and spiritually, he goes to and fro in the earth seeking who he can devour. We are not ‘forced’ to give up our own choice, it is the desire of those people who recognize that obedience to God brings peace and harmony not only in this life but forever. 

No carnal minded person can want to live forever in obedience to God’s law if they can’t bear to live in obedience to God now in this physical life. These people will be put out of their misery, when they die it will be forever, they will know nothing more, it will be as if they never existed.

Assumption:
That God flooded the world in the time of Noah because of something they were doing wrong in eating, drinking and marrying.

Fact:
God had to remove all the people from the earth at that time because violence was so great that the chances of humanity lasting for the allotted 6000 years was highly unlikely.
“mighty men” are warriors.  Sons of God are those who follow God’s laws. Daughters of men are pagans.  The children of these unions became warriors.
