THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM

MATTHEW 6:9-10 OUR FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN, THY KINGDOM COME, AND THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.

God the Father will set up His Kingdom on this earth and whatever God wills, Christ the King will make sure it is carried out on earth just as it is in heaven.Matthew 9:35.  Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in the temple and preaching the gospel of the Kingdom, and healing the sick and diseased. Matthew 10:5-7. These 12 Jesus sent out and commanded do not go into the ways of the gentiles, but go to the lost sheep of the House of Israel, and preach the Kingdom of Heaven is coming.  When will God’s Kingdom come? II Peter 3:8. One day is with the Lord 1000 years and 1000 years is as one day.Exodus 20:8-10.   Remember the Sabbath day to keep it Holy. Six days you shall work but the 7^th day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God.After (6 days) 6000 years, of mankind ruling over his own destiny, (God gives all men freedom of choice), in the (7^th day) 7000^th year The Great God in Heaven will bring His Sabbath of ‘Rest’ to the earth.  Have you ever wondered WHY God allows innocent children to suffer in this world? WHY the people are in misery, why there is war,  starvation, disease and sorrow? GOD IS LOVE so everything about God is loving and kind and peaceful.  Doing the will of God reflects love and peace. Any person who willingly DOES THE WILL OF GOD will reap benefits, not only by the natural outcome of his/her actions, but further to that God gives extra blessings for obedience to Him. This world reflects the mind of Satan the devil, which is hatred and rebellion.  Satan the devil rebelled against God, seeking to take over God’s throne and rule over all the host of heaven. (Ezekiel 28:12-17, Isaiah 14:12-17) All mankind is under the veil of Satan the devil, who is broadcasting his thoughts into our minds.      ORIGINAL SIN happened when Adam and Eve chose to disobey God’s instruction NOT to choose good and evil for themselves. (Genesis 2:16,17. Genesis 3:3-11, 19-24).Immediately mankind decided nakedness was evil the Lord knew they had disobeyed Him.  The result was that Adam and Eve and all humanity were cut off from God’s Holy Spirit (tree of life) and were no longer able to become immortal sons of God as He planned.  (dust you are and to dust you will return).   From the time of Adam and Eve's sin until  the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ (the last Adam) humanity did not have any hope of becoming immortal.  Christ lived without sin (not following His own will, but doing only the will of God) He then died as a sacrifice for all humanity – THAT  SACRIFICE, put all humanity, back where Adam and Eve had been. John 3:13.  No man has ascended up to heaven but He that came down from heaven, The Son of Man which is in heaven.I Corinthians 15:52 at the last trump the dead will rise.I Corinthians 15:20 -24. Christ is risen from the dead and become the firstfruits of them that sleep, since by one man (Adam) came death, (we are not immortal) by Christ came the resurrection from the dead.  In Adam all die, but in Christ all shall live. But every man in order, Christ first, then those that are Christ’s at His coming. Then comes the end, when He has delivered up the Kingdom to God the Father, when He shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.  He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet, the last enemy to be destroyed IS DEATH. (that is, eternal death). Now WE have the choice that Adam and Eve had, either FOLLOW THE IMAGINATION OF OUR OWN HEART, OR OBEY GOD, RECEIVE HIS HOLY SPIRIT AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME IMMORTAL SONS OF GOD. Sin is the cause of war, hatred and greed in this life and the RESULT of sin is death for eternity (eternal death).  (Genesis 2:16,17. Genesis 3:3.22-24. Romans 6:23. Revelation 20:5, 13-14)From the time that Adam and Eve decided to choose good and evil for themselves, without reference to God, SIN, with all its evil, destructive results, has been in the world and will remain UNTIL GOD’S KINGDOM COMES.  God’s Kingdom on earth will begin like this:  Revelation 14:1-7.     A Lamb stood on Mt Zion, with Him 144,000 having His Father’s name written in their foreheads. These are the redeemed from the earth, the FIRSTFRUITS unto GOD and The Lamb.  The everlasting gospel to preach unto all them that dwell on the earth, every nation, tongue, kindred and people, saying Fear God, Give Glory to Him, for the hour of His Judgement is come. Revelation 19:11-16.   Heaven opened and a white horse, He that sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were a flame of fire and on His head were many crowns, He was clothed with vesture dipped in blood and His name is The Word of God. The armies from heaven which followed Him on white horses were clothed in fine white linen.

Out of His mouth goes a sharp sword that He might smite the nations and rule them with a rod of iron, He treads the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of Almighty God. On His vesture was written, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. (this is Christ).

 Revelation 20:2-4.  An angel took hold of that old serpent the devil and bound him for 1000 years, so that he could not deceive the nations anymore, till the 1000 years were finished. (then he would be loosed for a little while).  I, John, saw those who had been beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, those who had not worshipped the beast or his image (Who is the beast of Revelation?). Thrones were set up and judgement was given to those who sat upon them, they lived and reigned with Christ for 1000 years.Revelation 5:9-10. You are worthy, You were slain and have redeemed us to God by Your blood, and has made us unto God, Kings and Priests and we shall reign on earth.THIS IS THE ‘GOSPEL’ (GOOD NEWS) THAT CHRIST PREACHED AND TOLD HIS FOLLOWERS TO PREACH TO THE WHOLE WORLD.Revelation 20:5.  The rest of the dead did not live again until the 1000 years were finished.  Those who live during the 1000 years are part of the 1^st resurrection.The others, those loved ones who have died, those ancestors you may have wished to have known, those people from history you have wondered about, will be ‘raised’ as flesh and blood mortals to be taught God’s will in a world without Satan the devil, at the end of the 1000 years. 

What will it be like when God’s Kingdom is on earth? Is God’s Kingdom here on earth now?

 Isaiah 11:1-10.  A descendant of Jesse the father of King David (Christ) shall rule with righteousness, smiting the earth with the rod of His mouth.  The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the goat and the calf and the young lion will dwell together and a little child shall lead them.  The cow and the bear shall feed together and  the lion shall eat straw with the ox. The toddling child shall put his hand in the snake pit and they SHALL NOT HURT NOR DESTROY IN ALL MY HOLY MOUNTAIN. THE EARTH SHALL BE FILLED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, HIS ‘REST’ SHALL BE GLORIOUS.  [does this sound much like the earth we live in now?]The entire earth will return to how it was in the Garden of Eden BEFORE Adam and Eve sinned by deciding to choose right and wrong from the imagination of their own mind. Genesis 1:29,30.  Both mankind and animals were all vegetarian, every green thing was food for them. Mankind and animals dwelt safely together and God was there with them.

Isaiah 25:6-10.  In this ‘mountain’ God shall make a feast of good things for ALL people. He will destroy the covering placed over all people, the veil spread over all nations. He will swallow up DEATH in victory, God will wipe away tears from all faces, this is our God we have waited for Him.  

 Isaiah 35:1-9.  The wilderness and the desert shall blossom, the glory of the Lord shall be seen, strengthen the weak hands and feeble knees, be strong, God will come and save you.   The eyes of the blind shall be open, the ears of the deaf unstopped, tongue of the dumb shall sing, waters shall break out in the wilderness, the parched ground shall become a pool and a Highway shall be there, a Way, called “the way of Holiness” the unclean shall not pass over it, no lion or beast shall go thereon, only the redeemed shall walk there.    

The ransomed of the Lord shall come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy, sorrow and sighing will flee away. This is not speaking of something that has already happened, these 'ransomed' are the people who have accepted the blood sacrifice of sin that Christ made and so have become 'spirit born sons of God' at Christ's return to earth as KING .

 Isaiah 40:3-5 Prepare the way of the Lord, make straight a highway for God. Every Valleys shall be raised, every mountain and hill made low, the crooked paths shall be made straight the rough places smooth, the GLORY OF THE LORD SHALL BE REVEALED AND ALL FLESH WILL SEE IT TOGETHER for the mouth of God has spoken it.Isaiah 50:1-7, 11, Listen to Me all who follow after righteousness, the Lord shall comfort Zion, all her waste places shall become like Eden, the desert shall be the garden of God, joy, gladness, singling and thanksgiving shall be found there. The heavens shall vanish away, the earth shall wax old like a garment, they that dwell there shall die, but My salvation is forever and My righteousness shall never be abolished.  The redeemed of the Lord shall return and come singing to Zion.  Isaiah 52:1,10.   Awaken Zion, put on beautiful garments Jerusalem, the Holy City, for from now on there shall no more come into you the (spiritually) uncircumcised or the unclean.  All nations of the earth shall see the salvation of God. Revelation 15:4.  Who shall not fear You O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You are Holy, and all nations will come and worship before You for Your judgements are now revealed.  Zechariah 2:10-13.  Sing and rejoice O Zion for I come and dwell in the midst of you said the Lord.  Many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day and shall be My people, I will dwell in the midst of you and you shall know that the Lord of Hosts has sent Me.  The Lord shall inherit Judah his portion in the land and choose Jerusalem again. Be silent all flesh before the Lord, He is raised up out of His Holy habitation. Zechariah 8:3.  Thus said the Lord, I am returned to Zion, and I will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem and Jerusalem shall be called ‘a city of truth’ and the mountain of the Lord of hosts, ‘the Holy Mountain’ Have you seen Christ? Are those who were beheaded and killed for preaching Christ, now reigning over us?  Is Jerusalem a city of peace and harmony with Christ’s throne clearly seen there?  Are the Holy Days of God being preached to all nations? Are there still tears, sorrow, sickness, blindness, hatred, wars, and other results of Satan the devil still here on earth? Are wild animals now vegetarian and not to be feared even by very young children?  If you answer NO, then God’s Kingdom is NOT YET ON EARTH.  What will be happening on earth, immediately before God’s Kingdom is set up? The time that the Holy Bible refers to as “The Day of the Lord”? Zechariah 14:1-9.  The Day of the Lord comes, I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle, the city shall be taken, the Lord shall go and fight against all nations, His feet will stand on the Mt of Olives which is Jerusalem, the Mt of Olives will divide toward the east and west, and make a large valley, and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north and half toward the south. (now is the time to flee) (Luke 21:7-20) THE TIME OF CHRIST'S RETURN!Revelation 16:12-16. The 6^th angel poured out his vial on the river Euphrates and the water dried up to prepare the way of the kings from the east, the evil spirits came from the mouth of the FALSE PROPHET and the BEAST to the kings of the earth TO GATHER THEM TO BATTLE AGAINST CHRIST, the battle of the Great God Almighty, gathered them to a place called Armageddon.  Revelation 16:19. The ‘great city’ (Jerusalem) was divided into 3 parts.  In that day, the LORD GOD SHALL COME WITH HIS SAINTS, it will be a day not clear and not dark, Living waters will go forth from Jerusalem and THE LORD SHALL BE KING OVER ALL THE EARTH, IN THAT DAY THERE SHALL BE ONE LORD AND HIS NAME ONE. Zechariah 14: 11-17.  Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.  The plague with which the Lord smites the people who fought against Jerusalem, their flesh will consume away while they stand on their feet.  In that day a great noise from the Lord. It will come to pass that every one that is left of all the nations will come up from year to year and worship the King, the Lord of Hosts and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles (God’s Holy Feast which represents His Kingdom on Earth).  Whoever will not come up of all the families of the earth to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, on them shall be no rain.   HAS THIS HAPPENED YET???God’s plan for humanity, the wonderful news of God’s Kingdom on earth is shown by God’s Holy Days.  Christ instructed His disciples to preach the gospel, so the whole world will know God’s wonderful plan.  If the Holy Days of God are not taught or not recognized, the ‘gospel of the Kingdom’ cannot be known. 

Matthew 24:14 This Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations and then the end shall come.   Colossians 1:23. The Apostle Paul said the gospel you have heard WAS preached to every creature under Heaven.

Matthew 28:19 Christ told His disciples to teach all nations about Christ’s coming Kingdom.

Mark 13:10 The gospel must first be published among all nations.

Mark 16:15 Go to all the world and preach the gospel (good news) to every creature.
