BIBLICAL SIGNS OF CHRIST’S SECOND COMING
LUCIFER BECOMES A DRAGON; HIS NAME IS CHANGED TO SATAN.
Lucifer became Satan, now he is described as a huge red “dragon”, a dinosaur like creature, but he is still spirit, therefore he will live forever. Read the description of Leviathin, King over all the children of pride. ( Job 41:1-34,.Isaiah 27:1, Genesis 3:1, Revelation 12:9, Revelation 20:2, Isaiah 14:12-17. Jude 6).
SATAN HAS 'POWER OVER KINGDOMS’ ON THIS EARTH
Isaiah 25:7, (Christ) will destroy the face of the covering cast over all people, and the veil spread over all nations, and (He) will swallow up death. The Bible warns that all the people of the entire earth are under a “veil of deception” put over us by Satan, which will lead to our eternal death. When Satan tempted Christ, the same way that Adam and Eve were tempted, SATAN OFFERED CHRIST ALL THE KINGDOMS OF THE EARTH, “BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ME”. For 6000 years all earthly kingdoms and civilizations belong to Satan, and we have only to look at the history of human civilization to see how Satan influences humanity to behave. War, rebellion, suffering and murder come from thoughts broadcast through the airwaves directly from the unseen spirit of the devil himself. These thoughts include an insatiable appetite for power by those who hate the will of God; seeking to force opinions on other people, not allowing freedom of choice; deceiving all people on earth to believe in human valuations of good and evil, perfectly replicating their father the Devil. (Matt 4:8-9, Luke 4:5-6, Acts 26:18, Isaiah.25:7).
THE 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK REPRESENT GOD’S PLAN FOR HUMANITY:
For 6000 years, which represent the 6 days of the week ( II Peter 3:8 one day equals one thousand years to God) mankind will live as mortals on earth with complete freedom of choice. God allows mankind freedom of choice but only the choice of either willing obedience to God’s laws OR deciding for ourselves what is good and evil. If WE insist on deciding from our own imagination influenced by the devil what is good and evil – then we sin. The decision is NOT ours to make, ONLY GOD can decide what is good or evil. (Genesis 3:22)
It is God’s plan to make us His immortal sons. God asks us to choose to follow and obey Him. When Christ returns to earth as King, His plan is to teach us God’s laws for the 1000 years of God’s Kingdom on earth (the 7th day of the week represents God’s Sabbath of Rest OR in other words GOD’S KINGDOM ON EARTH). The plan is that after 7000 years of human civilization on earth DEATH will be abolished forever!
GOD ALLOWS FREEDOM OF CHOICE - SATAN DECEIVES MANKIND.
Lucifer rebelled against God’s laws and became the Satan the devil. Satan deceives mankind into the same sin that he committed. Satan is spirit, therefore immortal, so his punishment will be to live forever in eternal darkness. Humans are mortal, we do NOT become ghosts or spirits when we die we simply cease to exist. For deliberate disobedience to God after we have been given every chance during God’s Kingdom on Earth our punishment will be death for eternity. We do not live in fiery punishment, we just do not exist anymore, nor will anyone remember that we ever existed.
(Isaiah 65:17. Revelation 20:15, Revelation 21:7,8)
God has allocated 7000 years for His plan for this earth. When the 6000 years of human civilization has finished, the final 1000 years begins with Satan the devil being banished. This is what God’s Sabbath day represents = The 7000th year on earth becomes THE 7TH DAY ‘SABBATH OF GOD’, WHEN GOD’S KINGDOM IS SET UP ON EARTH, CHRIST RETURNS TO EARTH AS KING OVER ALL THE EARTH. The Kingdom of God really will be on earth WHEN CHRIST RETURNS AS KING; there will be no more sickness, war or suffering on this earth when HE rules in His Kingdom. (Revelation 20:1-5, Isaiah 65:19-25) Daniel 2:44 In the days of these kings, the God of Heaven will set up a Kingdom which shall never be destroyed; the Kingdom of God shall consume all other Kingdoms and it shall stand FOREVER.
SATAN DOES NOT WANT GOD’S WILL DONE ON EARTH.
The New Testament “Lord’s prayer” begins, “Our Father which is in heaven, hallowed be YOUR name, YOUR KINGDOM come and YOUR WILL be done ON EARTH as it is in heaven.” But people under the deceptive veil of Satan, HATE God’s will, they prefer their own will. The “Lord’s prayer continues “deliver us from the evil one” we should not forget that Satan is still fighting a WAR against God. God’s desire is to CREATE SONS FOR HIMSELF, SATAN’S is to DESTROY AS MANY AS HE CAN.
Another advantage of Satan’s veil of deception is that people DO NOT BELIEVE THAT HE EXISTS! Even though many people desire to follow God, many read His Word, the Holy Bible, yet they somehow do not believe that Satan is the powerful force on the earth that the bible reports. The parable of the sower and the seed, the seed is the word of God, the evil one (Satan) sends his demons to pluck up the seed so that it does not take root. (Matthew 6:10, Acts 26:18, Mark 4:14-15, Job 1:6-12, I Thessalonians 2:18, II Thessalonians.2:8, I Peter 5:8).
WHY HUMANS WERE CREATED.
When God created Adam and Eve, they were different from any “human like” creatures which lived on earth previously. This time the humans had put into them “the spirit of man” which caused them to be very different from the animal kingdom and which would allow God to link His Spirit with ours so that humanity can understand ‘spiritual’ things. (1 Cor 2:14)
Mortal human beings were created to live on this earth under the influence of a powerful spirit being, called ‘the prince of the power of the air’ who is putting rebellious thoughts into their minds day and night. (Eph 2:2) Satan is very deceptive, sometimes people who really want to live a ‘christian’ life may not be aware that ‘rebellion’ is simply making up your own mind whether you think something is evil or not. Drinking alcohol, dancing, playing cards may be considered evil by some people BUT what is God’s Will? Often it is vastly different from the COMMANDMENTS OF MEN. (Matt 15:9)
Many rules and regulations are put on humanity by men claiming to speak for God. Only by seeking God’s will through His Holy word with an open mind can we truly KNOW GOD’S WILL. Christ told the preachers of HIS days that they had made the truth of God worthless by introducing their own traditions. (Mark 7:13)
When mortal beings resist Satan and of their own free will, follow God’s will then God knows they will not rebel against Him when they are spirit beings (as Satan did). These humans will then become God’s sons and live forever with Him. (John 17:2, Revelation 20:4, Revelation 20: 6, Revelation 21:1-7, 1 John 3:1, I Peter.5:6, Romans 5:12-14).
GOD’S KINGDOM IS COMING TO THIS EARTH
We should always remember that the primary reason for the Bible is to tell humanity how to prepare for an event which will happen in OUR future. Six thousand years after Adam and Eve, there will be ushered in a one thousand year “REST’ for the entire planet. (Heb 4:1, 9-10). This will be when Christ returns to earth as KING and the WILL OF GOD WILL BE ENFORCED ON ALL HUMANITY. (Isa 30:21). The “Christ” that many people have in their minds, the tiny baby, or the dead Christ hanging on the cross is NOT what God asks us to keep in mind. For thousands of years, man has enforced his own ideas and laws on others under the guise of ‘religion’, ‘the will of the gods’ or in the last two thousand years ‘the will of God’. Humanity in general is extremely ill-informed as to Who or What God is really like.
Remember, Lucifer was an Archangel, he was immortal, perfect, wise in every way, YET he wanted to choose for himself what is good and what is evil. Satan’s rebellion against God was the catalyst for God’s Plan. (Isa 14:12-13; Ezek 28:14-19)
The Plan of God is that mankind would be created MORTAL, they then CHOOSE GOD rather than their own will, God then changes all of humanity to IMMORTAL SONS OF GOD.

FOR 6000 YEARS HUMANITY WILL STRUGGLE AGAINST SATAN
God revealed His plan to Adam and Eve as an easy to relate story to be told to successive generations. There was no written word, it would be passed from generation to generation by spoken word. For an agricultural society to understand and remember it, it was told to them in terminology they were familiar with.
“God created a garden, in the midst of the garden were TWO TREES”.
“One tree was called the TREE OF LIFE, the other was THE TREE OF DECIDING GOOD AND EVIL. The fruit of all the trees may be eaten but NOT THE FRUIT OF THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL, eating the fruit of this tree will lead to death”.
In other words, mankind was NOT allowed to decide for himself what was good and what was evil, that decision is the prerogative of God alone. The only RIGHT choice is to CHOOSE GOD’S WAY. God allows us the CHOICE, choose GOD OR choose SELF.
TREE MEANS = “WAY OF LIFE.” TREE OF LIFE MEANS = “WAY OF LIVING WHICH LEADS TO LIFE (IE. “IMMORTALITY”)
FRUIT MEANS = “RESULT OF A WAY OF LIVING”
God told Adam and Eve if they followed a way of living in obediance to God’s Will they would live forever (as spirit born sons of God). However if Adam and Eve followed Satan’s lead, deciding what seems right or wrong to them, not seeking and following God’s Will, then they would NOT live forever, they would NOT be immortal souls, they would live out their earthly lives and then die forever. Notice that the first thing Adam and Eve decided was evil, was their nakedness, God hadn’t had a problem with it, MAN had a problem with it. (to this day, men decide what type of dress is ‘godly’ or not) (Gen 3:1-11, 19, 22,24. Genesis 2:8-9,16,17. Romans 5:12-14. Rev 1:5, Rev 22:2)
SIN BROUGHT DEATH TO THE WORLD
God had warned Adam and Eve that deciding good and evil for themselves rather than believing God, would bring them death for eternity. Now that they had decided to follow Satan’s actions and rebel against God, the result was they were now cut off from the ‘tree of life’ (the way of life which would allow them to live forever). God had given humankind the choice between mortality and immortality and Adam and Eve by their actions had chosen to remain mortal, then die for eternity.
“Eternal” death had now entered the world.
(Gen 2:16,17. Gen.3:3,4 19, 24. Romans 6:23, Revelation 20:14)
GOD’S PLAN IS FOR HUMANS TO BECOME ‘SONS OF GOD’.
Lucifer, an immortal spirit being who had been full of beauty and wisdom, rebelled against God and decided that HE would choose for himself what was right and wrong. God has now created sons for Himself who are not immortal, will not live forever, UNTIL they have shown a longing to follow God’s way regardless of their own desires. Putting ‘God’ first and ‘Self’ last.
God is looking for people who are willing to disregard their own thoughts and beliefs and put God first, these are the people who will become ‘sons of God’ and live forever.
However, if humans do not choose to follow God’s will, if they cannot resist Satan’s devices, then they will not become immortal. They will not live forever in sin and misery as Satan will. (Remember, Satan was created immortal, humans are created mortal and rebellion against God means immortality is impossible for us to achieve). The result of sin which is rebellion against God’s will and doing what we believe is right, is eternal death. Any person who sins must die because the act of sin results in death. When we obey God in the way we think is right, that is sin. Only God can decide what is right or wrong, read what God says in His word. Do not take any man’s word as God’s word. Obediance requires effort on our part.
When Adam and Eve chose the (fruit =WAY OF) deciding for themselves what is right or wrong (tree of ‘I know good from evil’) they were choosing to follow the way of SATAN rather than GOD.
Deciding for themselves what seemed right or wrong IS disobediance to God, from that day all humanity became mortal souls (under the penalty of death for eternity).
This is what God meant when He said to Adam and Eve, if you ‘eat of this fruit’ ie ‘choose this way of life’ then you will die. (not drop dead immediately, but at the end of your earthly life, your breath will leave your body and you will return to dust, you will know nothing more you are mortal!)

CHRIST IS THE FIRST PERSON TO BE MADE IMMORTAL
We live out our lives on earth, we die and we know nothing more. The New Testament clearly states that Christ is the firstborn of the dead. No other human being has ever been raised as a spirit being. They are still “asleep” ie dead!
(Rev 1:5, John 3:13, 1 Corinthians 15:23, Acts 26:23)
SOMEONE WITHOUT SIN COULD BECOME A SACRIFICE
Long before humanity was created, the God family had decided that if humans were unable to live for the 6000 years without succumbing to Satan’s influence, then a member of the God family, the one known as “Logos”, (the Word) would become a human sacrifice (Christ). Firstly Christ would have to resist the influence of Satan putting into His mind to rebel against God and do His own will. Christ would be like Adam BEFORE he rebelled against God. (New Testament refers to Christ as “the LAST Adam”.) Christ as a perfect human had attained immortality for Himself by living a sinless life. Now He would allow Himself to be sacrificed, thereby negating all the sins of humanity BY THE SHEDDING OF HIS BLOOD and allowing all who choose God’s way of life to become immortal. (Humanity was taken back 4000 years to when Adam and Eve had the opportunity to choose God or Self.)
God gave all the clues to this happening when he told His chosen people (Israel) to take a “lamb without blemish” to be sacrificed FOR THEIR SINS. Christ became the “lamb without blemish” His blood would be shed as a sacrifice and because He was totally innocent, His ‘innocent’, ‘perfect’ blood would count as the blood of all humanity. Now sinful rebellious humans can be called innocent because of Christ’s blood. Now all humans can have immortality, provided they now choose God rather than self. (we are all given the opportunity to be where Adam and Eve were thousands of years ago.)

Christ lived a human life on earth totally NOT under the sway or influence of Satan, totally ignoring his own attitudes, not deciding for himself what is good or evil or what seems right or wrong, but absolutely and joyously, following the WILL of God. (Luke 4:4-9)
Until Christ did that, until he resisted the temptations of Satan, HE was not able to be a sacrifice for humanity. He was not able to ensure that humans who choose to follow God will become immortal. ( Heb 4:14-15)
By this action, Christ defeated Satan. Christ without blemish (sin) could then become a sacrifice for humanity.

CHRIST’S BIRTH DID NOT SAVE HUMANITY FROM ETERNAL DEATH
When Christ was born, was not the time that humanity was saved from eternal death.
Christ could not become a sacrifice for us until he had resisted Satan, as Adam and Eve were unable to do.
When God told Adam and Eve to take a lamb without blemish and sacrifice it for sin, He was showing them a “type” of an event for the future depicting when Christ would come to earth and live a human life without sin. (ie ignoring his own ideas of good and evil and allowing God to decide what is right or wrong). AFTER Christ resisted Satan, THEN he began to preach the Kingdom of God.
